Clearance

All students will need to be cleared prior the the start of the season. This includes a physical (one per school year will cover all sports. If you did the Tops physical that covers all of the next school year.) and registration on Aktivate which includes brainbook and opioid education. IF you have an account on Aktivate already from prior sports involvement at Sunnyslope, please just update ( do not start a new one).
